I was able to talk to my online friends before I downloaded the IshowU audio app, maybe fortnite doesn't support the app, who knows? can someone help fix this issue? or tell me what I'm doing wrong.

So each and every time, this is what I have done: Download and install whichever Audio Router is being suggested by the tutorial (and uninstall any others from past attempts). and I currently have the same settings before I downloaded the app. I am currently using Blackhole as IShowU was getting iffy on newer versions of MacOS. I think the location has to do with user approved extensions, but Id like to find a way to remove/uninstall those too. Cannot find and delete all of iShowU HD Pro's files and traces on the computer Cannot 100 remove all related files of the application iShowU HD Pro removal encounters a problem when follow the traditional way to uninstall it, such as removing process has not response or just shut down before finish the removal Several guides to uninstall. I followed the steps given in How to Remove a Sound Output Device Created by an Application and a few others but no luck. Its easy to add text, annotations, transitions, pointers and highlights and then share your result. I have uninstalled iShowU Audio Capture from my Mac but it still shows up under the 'Output Device' and in Audio Midi Setup with no way to remove it.
Any ideas Already tried rebooting and uninstall reinstall. Dont see the alternate output/input channels. However, as you said I do see the extension installed in /Library/Extensions, but doesnt seem to be working at all.

New OBS installer is fine but there's still some issues with the desktop audio, It stays disabled, I tried downloading the IshowU capture app and it worked perfectly, it red my desktop audio, my mic was working fine and my cam too, all for streaming, but then an other issue happen, I couldn't talk with my friends at voice chat while playing fortnite.
